We offer short notice delivery within 24 hours all over the UK. Last-minute bookings are welcome!

To secure your booking, please contact us with your preferred option (Collection or Home Delivery). We require a £50 deposit for all costume bookings, which is fully refundable upon the safe and timely return of the costume without any damage.

If you are unable to return the costume on Monday morning before 11:00 am, we suggest you do not book the costumes from us, please. Timely returns are crucial for our operation and help us maintain high service standards for all customers.

Our costumes are designed to keep the wearer’s identity hidden to maintain the magic for children. If visibility is a concern, we suggest hiring a costume without a head so children can see who is inside. We also recommend having an adult (18+) accompany and guide you while moving around in the costume to ensure safety.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once the costume has been delivered, as we reserve the costume specifically for you and refuse other bookings. Please remember that an adult (18+) should guide you while wearing the costume to help navigate safely.

Our costumes are available in the following sizes:

• Men's: X-Small to Medium (Waist 30 to 34” or 76cm to 86cm)
• Women's: Fits UK sizes 10-14
• Height range: 5' to 5'8" (152cm to 176cm)
• Shoe Size: UK 4 - UK 9

Option 1: Collection from Croydon (£45 each)

• Collection Point: Croydon CR0
• Collection Date: One day before your booking date
• Return: On the same day if possible, or the following morning
• Total Charges: £95 (Deposit £50 + Collection charges £45)

Option 2: Costume Hire & Home Delivery (£65 each)

• Includes the cost of both the costume hire and home delivery
• Free return postage included
• Return: Drop off at any post office on Monday morning before 11:00 am (for weekend bookings) or the next working day for other bookings
• Total Charges: £115 (Deposit £50 + Costume hire and delivery charges £65)
  

Refunds for cancelled orders are eligible only if notified at least 14 working days before the collection or delivery date. Orders cancelled within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund.

• No food, drinks, smoking, or pets near or with the costume.
• Handle makeup with care when using the costume.
• Do not wash, clean, or iron the costume heads and dresses.
• Pack securely back into the provided box, inside the plastic bag, and return in the same condition.

Yes, our costumes are of the best and deluxe quality. They are fresh, clean, and smell nice, ensuring you have a pleasant experience wearing them.

If you chose the collection option, please return the costume on the same day if possible, or the following morning. For home delivery, drop off the costume at any post office on Monday morning before 11:00 am (for weekend bookings) or the next working day for other bookings.

The £50 deposit will be fully refunded upon the safe and timely return of the costume without any damage. If the costume is damaged, the deposit may be withheld to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

Please do not use our costume without the face balaclava. Remember to use it and send it back exactly as you received it. This ensures hygiene and comfort for all users.

Please remember that others will also use the costume after you. Our business relies on the condition of our costumes, so we kindly request you return the costume in good condition.

Yes, a late return fee may apply if the costume is returned after the specified time. Please make sure to adhere to the return deadlines to avoid additional charges.

If you need to extend the rental period, please contact us as soon as possible. We will check availability and let you know if an extension can be accommodated.

Yes, our costumes should not be used for any activities that could cause damage, such as sports or rough play. Please avoid exposing the costume to excessive wear and tear.

No alterations or modifications should be made to the costume. If you need any adjustments, please let us know before your event, and we can provide advice or alternatives.

Yes, you can book a costume for multiple days. Please contact us to discuss your needs, and we will provide you with the relevant charges and availability.

Do not wash or attempt to clean the costume yourself. If it gets dirty, please return it as is, and we will handle the cleaning. Make sure to pack it securely to avoid further soiling.

To prepare the costume for return, ensure it is packed back into the original box with the plastic bags provided. Keep any dirty items separate and ensure the costume is in the same condition as when you received it.
