Delivery Schedule: We dispatch and deliver your order 1 or 2 days before your booking date to provide you with sufficient time for preparation.

Tracking Information: A tracking link will be provided a few days before your event date so you can monitor the status of your delivery. We recommend checking the tracking details at least two days before the expected delivery date to stay informed about your precise 1-hour delivery slot.

Customer Availability: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their availability during the scheduled delivery time. We advise customers to be present to receive their parcels. Please note that our courier company does not leave parcels unattended or deliver to safe places due to the high value of the items.

Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier company will make another attempt on the following day, excluding weekends. However, please be aware that delivery is guaranteed only from Monday to Friday.

Refund Policy: We regret to inform you that we will not issue any refunds for missed deliveries or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Customers are responsible for ensuring their availability during the scheduled delivery times.
